As Advantech accelerated its strategic pivot into AI energy management in 2024—launching generative AI server solutions and expanding a 50+ partner global ecosystem—the design team's goal was to make industrial-grade AI products intuitive and accessible for enterprise buyers.
Contributed to an AI energy management platform and delivered three design proposals within 2.5 months, passing reviews with senior leadership and the CEO on schedule.
Conducted user interviews and pain-point analysis, translating enterprise AI requirements into testable product directions.
Designed and proposed an AI chatbot integration, working with the project PM to evaluate the product roadmap and prioritize feature modules.
The final proposal had two core feature modules approved and moved into the engineering roadmap.

As crypto markets began recovering from the 2022 downturn, Crypto-Arsenal—Taiwan's first open-style quantitative trading platform—was scaling its product to serve both professional quant developers and non-programmer retail traders simultaneously.
Maintained and reorganized the design system, unifying three major feature areas and applying it across 20+ product design flows.
Conducted user interviews and competitive analysis, delivered 6+ product features, improved 12+ UX issues, and designed 20+ responsive pages.
Served as an assistant Product Owner in Scrum, improving design workflows and file management to increase Sprint output to 1.5x its previous level.

Following the FTX collapse in November 2022, Taiwan Blockchain Academia worked alongside Cathay Financial Holdings' technical team on an exploratory proposal to bridge blockchain technology with mainstream institutional adoption in Taiwan.
Used interviews and research to uncover comprehension gaps and usability barriers for non-technical users entering Web3 services.
Collaborated with product managers and Cathay Financial Holdings' technology team to align product requirements, development direction, and UX within compliance constraints.
Created wireframes and interactive prototypes to support usability testing and multiple rounds of design iteration.
Helped engineers integrate blockchain technology into the user journey while keeping the service approachable and understandable.
Amid surging WFH-driven laptop demand and a severe global chip shortage in 2021, LCFC's project team—as Lenovo's largest in-house manufacturing base—focused on protecting production schedules and supplier stability to sustain Lenovo's #1 global PC market share.
Coordinated engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional schedules to deliver an average of 1.5 weeks ahead of plan.
Responded to material shortage risks across two milestones, rescheduling components and testing to bring potentially delayed deliveries back on track.
Wrote product specifications and aligned feasibility testing with engineers, balancing quality standards, supply constraints, and delivery pressure.
